Dodge County Divorce Records

Dodge County divorce records are documents created, received, or maintained for circuit court proceedings to terminate a marriage. These records include filings and all activities in a divorce case, from the initial filing through the final decree. Divorce records are public under Wisconsin public records law and may be requested from the Clerk of Courts office in person, by mail, fax, phone, or email.
